My hip and some muscles in my back are so achy. Tiger balm has worked like a charm before pregnancy but there are mixed info on it's safety while pregnancy. Does anyone know of a safe muscle rub that I can use?

I love using Tiger Balm but I too have stopped using it since I found out I am preggers. I hope someone comes by with a suggestion.

I have had good luck with soaking in a comfortably hot bath with lots of epson salts (at least 4 cups) plus taking magnesium and drinking lots of water.

Good luck to you.

Arnica gel works wonders for me. And a tub. And a massage if I can wing it. :-)

Yes I believe it is. (my OB and midwife both said it was). I see it also used with newborns.
