I use RRL, nettle, alfalfa, oat straw and sometimes mint. I currently nursing so I am omitting the mint.
I like to mix it up a bit. I can't remember but I think you are suppose to start off with small amounts and work your way up. If I remember correctly, it wasn't recommended in the first trimester. I took it throughout my entire last pregnancy with no issues.
I did the mega dose when I went into labor but it didn't help because I threw it all up shortly after.
