What's your favorite omega supplement for pregnancy? Any particular brand you favor?

I take MorDHA Prenatal Formula.


Excited, anxious and proud to be pregnant for the first time! My partner and I can't wait to meet the little boy sometime around Sept 20th.

I take MorDHA Prenatal too. It's the priciest at our store, but also the most concentrated.

Don't use anything with borage oil. It can cause contractions.
