I don't have a doc yet. I'm fairly certain that I'm eating enough salt. Any suggestions? I understand that some people's BP lowers when they get preggo, but this seems crazy.
If you are not feeling better I'd try to get in to see someone, doesn't necessarily need to be an ob, and at least get an opinion. Your normal doctor, urgent care, or even the er if necessary can see you.
You could be dehydrated so make sure you are getting plenty of fluids.
Oh, I think potassium can be an issue too. With baby #5 I got sick and couldn't keep anything down and ended up passing out on my mil's front lawn after getting really dizzy. The er said my potassium was really low and gave me a big oral dose of it.
