We had a mc back in March. During that pregnancy my progesterone had started dropping, and from US week 6-9, the baby was always measuring behind by 7-14 days by the end. It was not growing. I took progesterone oral starting at week 6, and when they did the US at 9 1/2 weeks, the heartbeat had stopped. This fetus was sent off to path lab and they resulted that it had a chromosomal defect on 11. We have had a hard time conceiving for 2 years before that...come to find out my husband had no count due to his testosterone injections he took. We were able to concieve right after he stopped them in Jan this year. We have had another miscarriage in 2005 about 3 months before we concieved our daughter who was born happy, more than smart, and healthy in 2006. She is our angel! However, Iam pregnant again, 7 wks. They checked my progesterone at 5 weeks it was 19.9, again they checked it at 6 wks at 16.9 and now this week it is 13.2. Iam taking the progesterone again, which I started this week along with a baby asprin. Has anyone else started to take progesterone at 7 weeks or so, and was able to save their pregnancy? Im so bummed, I pray this baby sticks. :(  I do understand that if its chromosomal again, then the progesterone would not help save the pregnancy. The baby was also measured at 6 weeks and it measured exactly 6 weeks. Which makes me feel better than last time. But rechecked again with an US at 7 weeks, and it fell by 2 days to 6 weeks and 5 days!! OH NO. I hope its not starting to fall behind...worried to pieces. :(

I'm sorry that I don't have any advice, but I just wanted to say that I'll be thinking of you. :Hug I hope everything resolves well soon and you can stop worrying and enjoy your pregnancy. Take care.
