Hey ladies! I am 8 weeks pregnant and have developed a sinus infection-the joys of being a toddler teacher! I am using neti pot, juicing, rice pack on face, apple cider vinegar, echinacea...anything I'm missing? I'm so miserable and dizzy!

Possibly a humidifier and some essential oils? (I have a sinus blend of them). I'm subbing this, though, because I'm absolutely miserable with my sinuses. Hope you feel better soon!

Girl absolutely in love with boy and our DD (11/06), DS1 (08/11) and DS2 (brand new!)

boil some water(as much as a tea kettle will hold) and put it in a bowl, add 1/4 cup salt and dissolve - if you are in the USA buy some 500ppm colloidal silver and add 2-3 droppers into the steaming water and then put a towel over your head and breath in the steam through your nose and exhale from your mouth.

The salt help break up the mucus as well as calm inflammation of the sinuses. The colloidal will kill the bacteria causing the infection. If you want to add another layer you can always add some coconut kefir or colloidal to your netti pot as well.

Get well soon!

Thank you!

I don't have colloidal silver but will be getting some pronto! I did it with salt, eucalyptus, and tea tree oil. Feeling really awful-chills and burning eyes. Praying this isn't the flu!
