Which method did you/your doula/midwife use?
I am debating the methods right now. I think the raw method makes more sense but then again, I'm wondering about the "bad" bacteria that may be on my placenta.
Anyone have any experience?

We couldn't afford to have ours encapsulated, and I did feel like the raw method seemed more natural. I really liked it. My midwife cut it up for us after the birth. I had a piece right away in a smoothie (and my milk came in about 12 hours later!) and then we froze the rest on a tray and then put them in a container in the freezer, putting them into smoothies frozen. We'll do the same this time.
