Shortened cervix and cerclage

I'm 20 weeks pregnant with twins. At 18 weeks the doc noticed a shortened cervix. It was at 1.8 cm. The doc did a cerclage. The cervix has now shortened down to the cerclage at 1 cm.

I'm, of course, worried if I'll even make it to 24 weeks to even have a chance.

Has anyone been there, done that?

And then: I'm really, really tired of making angels.

But wait, could it really be true?

Thanks! I'm not a baby center member. But, I think I'll become one to join those groups. They look great! Thanks.

I agree that the support groups at babycenter really are great for this. With my last my cervix was 1cm for months but I didn't have twins. I think you'll appreciate their support!
