Ok, our woods is snowed in, hiking with my 30 mo old is now out. It's zero out and going for our long walks is out (ds will only go so far when it's this cold). Can't fit on my norditrak. Pilates doesn't feel right anymore. Don't do videos/tv. No money. No one to help with childcare while I go for walks etc. My only available time to exercise is naptime. Weekends I'm ok when DP is home but during the week I'm going crazy. I know, what a freakin' sob story!!!!
HELP - I need to sweat! I'm 7 months pregant. I love yoga, anyone got some prenatal yoga poses that will give me workout? Or anything, I need ideas.
