nak - I had weird shaking movements during my last pregnancy (dd3 - she's 4 days old!)...perhaps a little later than 4 months. I thought it was weird, but I guess it was just dd3 dancing a bit.

Hope that helps...

I have never had vibrations in my abdomen, but with my first pregnancy, I had vibrations, almost like something was buzzing, in my vagina ( : ) for the first four months. Let me tell you, that was a distraction :LOL I haven't had it in my subsequent pregnancies.

I get a reverberation feeling every time baby kicks. My midwife says my placenta is right on top, center of the belly between baby and me, so I'm assuming everything I feel is through that and that maybe I'm getting kicked in the placenta? It's a new sensation, not at all like the other two kiddos. This one also hasn't ever gotten hiccups! But could either of those things be the vibration perhaps?

When i was pregnant with dd I had a weird vibrating feeling at the top right of my uterus. It felt so weird i jumped evertime it happened. Turned out i had a pinched nerve in my back that was going to my uterus. It usually only happened if I twisted or moved a certain way.

I had that with my daughter and was terrified she was in there having seizures. [Her father had childhood epilepsy]. But I was assured by everyone that she was fine, and here we are two years later and she's fine.
Now that I'm pregnant with number 2, the same thing happens! JUST TODAY it happend and I said "I've got a vibrating baby in there..." and Adam said "Vibrating?" and I said "Yea, the baby vibrates sometimes." and he just looked at me like I was crazy. :P He must have forgotten about the same comments I made when I was pregnant with Eva. :P
I'm sure it's normal. I have no clue what the baby is doing in there, but it's normal.

Earlier in this pregnancy I felt that vibration. It was very low down in my adbomin and pelvis though. Interesting to hear I'm not the only one who felt something like this, I never had it with my first pregnancy.

i'm glad to hear that this is something that other mamas have felt. i have been worried about some sort of seizure issue as well - glad to hear that it can be normal!
