I swear, we should make a sticky, because every month or so people come here after hearing scary myths about soft cheeses! Usually from their doctor or a random website. I will eliminate the fears of soft cheeses, as God as my witness...will you join my crusade for righteous cheese lovers?
Feta is good for the soul. And hummous. Unless made in the back of someone's truck. Then, maybe not so much.
