Ovulation could be off maybe by one day (I charted and used opk's)

I know, I read all about the high variation in hcg levels, and how you can't predict twins based on those, but, I can't help myself and ask for any opinions out there. One of my m/c was with twins, and although I would be delighted either way, I worry about the higher risk of m/c & complications. So, anyone think this could be twins, or, something scarier like a molar? Anyone have their own numbers for comparison?

With this pg, I only had one hcg drawn. It was 1868 on 18dpo. With ds, I had a level of 904 at 16dpo and 3147 at 18dpo. Just one baby each time. (Okay, that's assuming the u/s tech who did a 6 week scan didn't miss a twin in this pg, and the m/w hasn't missed a second heartbeat. I'm pretty sure it's just one, though.) It depends a *lot* on the baby and the mom. I and/or my babies just tend to have high levels. It's one of the reasons I decline the quad screen, since that I believe that uses hcg levels as part of the calculations. I don't know if my numbers stay wonky as the pg progresses, since I've never had an hcg drawn after 18 dpo, but I figure there's no point worrying myself when I'm just naturally on the fringe, kwim?
