So I've finally started drinking this. I've discovered the only way I can stomach it is to brew a big bunch and drink it iced. I've been keeping it in the fridge, and yesterday I drank about 6 cups. Is this too much? Can there be negative effects? I'm 35 weeks, btw.

I can only drink it iced too
I add a bag of peppermint tea to give it a refreshing flavor. I've been drinking that much and also did with DD, but since it is iced it is pretty diluted, so I doubt it will be problem, but don't quote me on that!

RR is one of the few things I'd say is 100% safe. Its great for preparing your uterus. My recovery after my daughter was cake. Another thing to help is once you are 37 weeks start drinking Mothers Milk Tea (tastes extra yummy if you drink it while eating chocolate, lol) once a day until you deliver.

That is a great idea! Thanks for posting it. I am going to try that.
