I am bothered by carpel tunnel syndrome only while pregnant and would love to have some relief. It's no fun having my hands asleep all day long. Anyone have any ideas?

I have carpal tunnel syndrome normally and during my pregnancy it does get worse. I see a chiropractor and it really helps!!

I had CT w/my 1st baby. Massage, chiropractic, ice and occupational therapy (they can make you some great wrist braces), can help decrease the pain.

Good Luck~

wrist braces are a nuisance but they do help a lot - some can get away with using them only at night, but if it's really severe daytime use helps more

also hand activities like using keyboard , knitting, writing etc should be done only in short bursts, if at all
