Is 1000 mcg per day of B12 safe during pregnancy? This is the dosage that seems to help my restless leg syndrome. Hard to sleep when I don't take it.

My research has found that you cannot overdose on B vitamins. I get a vitamin shot that has about that much b in it and I take supplements daily too. I do not know for sure, though, and would hate to have something happen. Check with your m/w of doctor.
