I am 6 or 7 dpo...I took a pregnancy test and it is faintly positive...it wasnt right away positive-but later it was positive....to recap my situation i had 2 day old sperm when i ovulated for the first time after my 8 month old son was born....but i know i ovulated because i went to the doctor. So anyways, does this sound accurate?? if so, why would it show up so early? could it be a hormone problem? or multiples? or...something else...please...some feedback....TIA!

I had 2 day old sperm too when I got pregnant with #2. Maybe you implanted early and thats why the test showed positive earlier than normal. I believe you generally can get a positive a few days after implantation. I have known a couple other people to get positives that early.

I'd say you are probably pregnant. Mine was also faint positive. But it was pink and nothing like an evap lines. Test again in a few days and it should get darker.

I'd say you are pregnant. I showed pos super early too and thought it might be more than one, but it wasn't...Don't stress too much!

Yay Congrats!

Tests are so sensitive these days. 6 or 7 DPO positive isn't unheard of.

i got a line so faint at 11 days before my period was due- my husband didn't even see the line. so i bought a digital 'pregnant/not pregnant' test and it showed up "pregnant" right away. and there's only one in there.

congrats!
