Can I take ColdCalm by Boiron safely in pregnancy? I am 31 weeks. Also, is it safe for my 20-month-old daughter? We are sick with BAD colds and I need some relief!

Yes! Homeopathic remedies are safe during pregnancy. Granted, some of them you might not want to take (like those to induce) at this point. I took ColdCalm in the early half of my pregnancy and am currently seeing a homeopath and thus taking other ones at certain times.

The properties in homeopathic remedies are very, very, very low concentrations. Arnica, which is often used after labor, even on the infants, is a homeopathic remedy.
