I have been terribly constipated lately. I haven't pooped in days. I have tried many of the suggestions posted but as of lately, nothing helps.

I have some "smooth move" tea, which containers Senna Leaf, licorice root, fennel, orange peal, cinnamon bark, corriander, ginger.

Does anyone know if this is safe during pregnancy?

NOT SAFE. senna helps relieve constipation through intestinal stimulation, so it may also cause uterine contractions.

i've also read it's better to stay away from licorice root.

i have cleared up chronic constipation with a good multi mineral (i use shaklee VitaLea). nothing else worked for me.
