Is loosing your mucus plug at 22 weeks a big problem? I seem to have lost part of mine last night after work. It was a blob of clear jelly like stuff. I did have an unusually busy weekend on top of working. Do I need to take any special precautions now? It will grow back, right?

It will grow back. As long as it's not accompanied by other labor signs, you are just fine.

I wouldn't necessarily think that was your mucus plug. If it was clear, it's probably just cervical fluid, not the plug (which tends to be a bit bloody).

I spent the last half of my pregnancy dripping mucus, and didn't go into labor until 40 weeks on the dot. In your shoes, I would not worry or take any special precautions.
