Hello ladies,

I'm in my 34th week and today I'm getting tons of BH's and experience cramping in my lower pelvis and back.

Anybody else? Should I be concerned?

This is my second pregnancy.

If they seem frequent, you could try timing the frequency for a little while. Lie down on your left side and see if they go away. If they are more than 4/hour or every 15 mins, you should check with your midwife or OB, as it *could* be pre-term labor. Another thing my OB had me do whenever PTL seemed to start was to make sure I was hydrated enough...being dehydrated can make a uterus irritable.

Good luck!

Well, I'm still getting the BH's, seems like very 20 minutes or so. I guess if it goes on into the night I'll give the midwives a call and see what they say.

I hope it's not pre-term labor, I don't want my baby to have any complications.

Thanks for your advice!
