Hi Everyone,

I'm new here and will be trying to conceive in July . I have Pyroluria, and I'm not for sure how to address that while I'm trying to conceive and then while pregnant. My doctor hasn't been able to give me any advice on it. Does anyone else here have Pyroluria? If so, how are you treating it while you are pregnant?

I was thinking about starting some basic prenatal vitamins and then testing my Pyroluria levels. After that we could adjust my zinc and b6. However, I'm not for sure if this is the correct way to go about it. I don't want to deprive my baby of nutrients once I get pregnent, nor do I want to be taking toxic levels of zinc and b6.
