Melatonin and/or Calms Forte. The information I've found regarding problems with Melatonin are linked with high doses. Also, perhaps passionflower tincture, or Bach's, Sleepy tea, also, I recently read an article stating that deficiency in Omega oils can lead to insomnia, as it prevents your body from producing normal levels of seratonin and melatonin.
