Just wondering if anyone has considered a preschooler forum to the ages and stages...not quite toddlers...not quite big kids. Thanks!

It has been considered. We have been doing some organizing and we will probably address that in the coming weeks.

Oh I would love that! I've recently been thinking that he doesn't really fit in with the young toddlers in the toddler section, but he's not yet to school years. He's definitely a preschooler!

I would love a preschool forum! My dd is not a toddler and not a big kid. It would be the perfect fit. Kids this age have unique issues and a separate forum would be great!

Another vote here! My nearly three year old doesn't fit into Toddlers anymore, and when I started reading the Childhood forum, I realized, my issues don't fit there for a few more years really.

Formerly single Mama to the zaniest boy on the block, born on my birthday on 3/28/07. Soon to be Mama to a new little and can't wait to bfinfant.gif and femalesling.GIF and familybed1.gif again!

I agree! I think there was a request a few years ago also.

Any news or thoughts on this possibility?

I still think it is a wonderful idea. I'm not fitting into the Toddler forum or the Childhood Years forum currently and would love a suitable place to "hang out."

I was just going to post the same question...DD just turned 3yrs and was looking into this again when some birthday questions arose. No where for us to go....
I was thinking maybe this was going to happen since there was lots of interest??

lovin DH since 1/04, best mom for my 3 boys 10/04, 11/08, 11/10 one girlie (1/07), one 13 wk (10/13) and 5/15 just your average multigenerational living family!!

It's definitely needed. Lots of the same sorts of posts about preschoolers end up in both Toddlers and The Childhood Years.
