I sent an email to Mothering last week regarding a refund for the rest of my hardcopy subscription (I renew each October). Still no response (not even a rote email), which is annoying.
So, will those of us that had regular subscriptions be refunded for those issues which we will not receive?
I do NOT want to receive a substitute subscription to a magazine I've never heard of (even if it is similiar to Mothering, it should be MY choice, not Mothering's).
Any answers will be appreciated................
Mothering is in no position to give refunds. If you have subscription questions that are not answered by the FAQ page that Mothering has set up, please email email@example.com so she can assist you.
