Ads opening new tabs on my browser - Mothering Forums

There is an ad on most pages that is a video for HC Parenting. When I go to a page that has this ad, it opens additional tabs on my browser with the video ad running. I will link the address of one of the tabs:

I have not clicked on the ad, or even rolled my curser over it.

This happening to me as well, but I get two pop up ads for the same thing on each page I navigate to.  I'm running windows IE 7.

I had the same issue, switched to mozilla and/or chrome and the issue is gone.

Hello Ms. Cynthia, Im also experiencing dis issue in my google chrome browser. My operating system is Windows7 Starter. I hope you can help me to fix it.

You can follow the directives the other members posted to see if it is Windows related. Also, provide a link to the tab that is opened. And do you have ad blocking software installed?
