Difference between "New Posts" and "Activity Feed"? - Mothering Forums

Hi and thanks...I was hoping someone could clarify this.

 

Also, my "Hot Threads" have been down for a couple days.  It just says "no row returned" or something like that.  No big deal, just wanted to mention it.

New Posts only gives you a list of most recent posts made. Activity Feed gives you four types of content to view with the option to filter to exclude and include.
