Hi everyone im located in the northern NJ area and Im looking for a low cost/free doula for my vbac twins. I believe that my best chances to have a successful birth is to have a doula by my side, any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!
Are there any doula websites or trainings in your area? Your best bet for a free or low cost doula is one that is just starting out or have just finished training. A VBAC twin birth is a good score in the doula community. Good luck!
