Hey mamas. I'm currently on pregnancy #2 at 14 weeks. I was so excited to feel the baby move,..only under my hand! My skin is still numb and the nerves dead from my C/S 3 years ago. I feel so bummed. I wonder if this is happening to all of us C/S mamas. I'm looking forward to going for a VBAC. We're moving to Salem, OR in 18 days from Los Osos, CA. I found a birth center up there which I'm excited to check out, but I can't help but wonder if I'll ever feel the baby from the inside like I did with #1 headscratch.gif

Happy healthy mama to Belladonna (5/10/10) hoping for my VBAC 1/20/14!

35 weeks here, and almost 27 months post cesarean. I still have not regained feeling on all parts of my abdomen. The space between my pubic bone and belly button is numb, and that extends out to the side a few inches. Not a pleasant feeling, huh?

I'm from Salem, hope you and your family end up liking it a lot. It's a nice town.

I'm 28 months post c/s and 26+ weeks pregnant, and i am numb from pubic bone to navel like pp described. In the begining it was harder to distinguish movement but as soon as the baby got a liytle bigger and higher up I can feel quite clearly, much like my first pregnancy. Now that the baby Is stronger I can feel it kick no matter where it is. I was concerned in the begining, but now im pretty sure my uterus and bladder havent lost any sensation. I even feel mild braxton hicks.

I had more "pulling" issues and Sharp pains that would often happen getting out of bed

I had a second csection 9 yrs later and the ob cleared up lots of scar tissue

Feels so much better now

No real help unless you have another csection

mom to 14yr dd and 4yr dd
