I read many books... Gaskin, Bradley, Dick-Read, Birthing from Within, etc... and honestly, talking to other women on forums like this, and researching medical studies helped me the most. By the time I got to the books, I knew most everything they had to say.
I think the one that had the most info that was helpful was A Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth though. Gave lots of specifics
I found reading other online VBAC birth stories really inspirational. The struggle some woman had to go through to fight for their VBACs is amazing.
