Hi my SIL is 4 months pregnant and has been put on bedrest for the rest of her pregnancy. She is needing help with ideas for what she can do to keep busy while in bed. Any suggestions are welcome.

I was on bedrest off and on until 26 weeks.... from 26 weeks to delivery I was on very strict bedrest.

I had a TON of bleeding and a partially abrupted placenta.

I didn't do too much on bedrest.... read alot, played on the computer (I rigged it up by my bedside), and slept. I was so uncomfortable I just couldn't do much else.

Tell her to hang in there. It truly is worth it in the end!

I kept a cooler next to the bed and my husband would refill it each morning with drinks and food
