I was plagued by yeast infections this entire pregnancy and I'm starting to feel some twinges again now almost 3 weeks after the birth. I'd like to kick this once and for all and hoping it will be easier now that I'm not pregnant. I literally tried every natural remedy for it, diet changes, and even two rounds of monistat (out of desperation) near the end.

I'd like to do boric acid suppositories now that ds is out. Anyone know how long I should wait after giving birth before inserting those?
