Anyone use these techniques from www.spinningbabies.com ?? I am 39 wks preg. w/ baby #4. This baby seems to be more posterior than the others, although the last two weren't in the best position before birth. I think they both turned during labor b/c I didn't have the normal signs of posterior labor.

Anyway, this week, I've been feeling early labor stuff, like lots of pressure, off and on ctx, annoying stuff that never goes anywhere. I'm wondering if my body is trying to start up labor, but it can't really b/c of the baby's position.

So I remembered reading about these techniques a while ago but wanted to wait until later to try them. But I have zero experience trying them and would just LOVE some feedback and advice. I emailed my mw to ask, so I don't know if she has done them before.

The other thing is that I've been to the past 2 weeks, he's been working on helping w/ hip pain and keeping my sacrum loose so the baby can turn around. BUT 2 days later, and my body feels exactly the same! Like things are really loose and the adjustment just can't hold. What's up w/ that? I don't remember this happening before...... what should I do after an adjustment to help baby turn?

Any input?!

Thanks!!
