any suggestions? Should I still be doing the sitz baths? I pretty much stopped doing them when the bleeding stopped at 2-3 weeks. I seem to have the most pain after I've been on my feet a while, but its hard to stay still when I have a very active 3 1/2 year old and a newborn who loves to be walked and bounced. Anyone else dealing with this and how are you coping?

Oh yeah, I had my 6week pp check with the midwife and she said that things looked pretty good, but were red and irritated looking. She suggested trying to keep things as dry as possible, which has been hard since I'm still having some yellowish discharge.

One sleepy mama to ds #1 (5) and ds #2...my VBAC baby (2) and expecting #3 sometime in 2/2012!!
