Hi!  I am currently 36 week pregnant with my 4th child (who is refusing to turn thus far!).  Does anyone know of any midwives or ob's that will do vaginal breech deliveries?  My first 3 were very quick uncomplicated vaginal deliveries and I am panicking over the possiblity of "needing" a section.  If anyone has any advise, PLEASE share.  I've been doing the at home exercises, breech tilts, inversions, etc and have an appointment with an accupuncturist next week to start moxibustion.  I am trying to come to terms with the possibility of a section, as I truly do not want to miss out on enjoying these last days/weeks of what is most likely my last pregnancy.  I'm desperate :(

About what part of NJ do you live in?

ETA: Start acupuncture now.  It's most effective around 34 weeks or so.  The later you get, the less effective it is.

Have you seen a chiro experienced with the Webster Technique? That's also more effective the earlier you go...more room for baby to turn.

Will your care provider try an external version if all else (chiro, accupuncture) fails?

Good luck!
