Is anyone here familiar with DLPA? It's from amino acids ( D-Phenylalanine) and you can get it over the counter. It's basicly a natural endorphine support and helps promote and enlongate
the endorphins.

From what I've been reading it's pretty safe unless you have a history or genetic disposition to PKU or high blood pressure (and some forms of cancer). I have none of these and was considering using it in labor to help increase and enlongate my endorphins while laboring (epidural free).

Anyone have any experience? Thanks!

Idk, I've never heard of it, but IMO, IDK if Id wanna mess around with that all too much. Your body should be able to do all that endorphin stuff all by itself. Id personally focus more on keeping your adrenalin down. Adrenalin counter acts oxytocin, as long as your oxytocin is high enough, I think it's a natural reaction for your endorphins to keep pumping.
