I have a 1 finger width diastasis above and below my belly button from polyhydramnios with my last babe. If I get pregnant before this heals completely will it get worse or stay about the same, assuming I done have poly or twin pregnancy.

I think it may be different for each person.  I had about the same, one finger width separation, after my first.  It stayed the same through my second pregnancy and delivery, but now with my third it seems to be slightly worsening.  I am going to start doing the tupler technique and see if that helps.
