I teach childbirth classes (just started actually) and my next class is about creating a birth plan. I've read from other teachers that they've found that putting the plan into a creative presentation such as on poster board made the hospital staff more open to it (they'd like to actually stop and take a look vs. reading a sheet of paper). They talk about making it look creative and instead of labeling it "So-and-so's Birth Plan" try "Our Birth Wish List" so it doesn't seem so demanding. Has anyone done this? I'm admittedly not the most artistic person and I'd love to make a sample of something like this to show my class but I really can't wrap my head around it. Does anyone have one that they could show me (take a pic of it)? I'd really appreciate any input. Thanks!!!

Mama to four remarkable kiddos, all born at home.
