i'm about 10 days PP and almost every time i need to have a BM i get the most awful pain in my lower right belly, just inside my hip. it's internal and very uncomfortable. i was curled up in pain a few days ago because the pain spread up my back and made me feel sick. BM's are normal and no signs of blood. i'm wondering if some intestine got moved around while i was pregnant and still hasn't found it's home. maybe IBS? i'm taking DD in for her PKU test on Tuesday and i was going to bring it up to my midwife. i'm not sure if this matters but DD was born at 41w4d and was 9.5lbs and i had a huge belly. anyone have any thoughts on what this is?
