Hi all, I am just about 6 wks pp. I have not had any blood for a couple of weeks and very little discharge for about a week or so (just this clearish/grayish/brownish stuff). Anyway, the past 2 days I have had some bleeding. It is *very* minimal, so minimal that I wasn't wearing a pad and it didn't stain my clothes, just undies. Anyway, I am wondering what has caused this. I am EBF my baby, so it isn't a PPAF (can you even get them this early?) and isn't even enough bleeding for that anyway. I wanted to go for a walk this morning and get back into some sort of exercise routine, but now I am wondering if I am doing too much. Can that be the case this long after delivery? I really don't think I am doing that much, but I will say that for the past 9 days I haven't been getting much sleep.

So, can someone give me some insights as to what is going on and if it is ok to start exercising?
