I had Jaiden Noah on Oct. 25 a little over two weeks ago vaginally. My 3rd vbac.
Usually I am getting up and around pretty quick after birth but I have noticed that ever since my csection in 2002 my recoveries are much longer. My lower abdominal muscles feel shot. This birth being my worse.
I am walking now but still can't walk much. My lower abdominal muscles are so weak and sore that I can barely get up and down. My hips are also giving me a hard time. I tried to do a small number of situps today and I can't even get down or up off teh floor without pain in my hips adn abdominal muscles.
I have been doing leg lifts while sitting down to begin to strengthen my abdominal muscles.
Does anyone else go through this? Having a long recovery time after pregnancy? has anyone experienced the sore abdominal muscles after a csection with future pregnancies?
