For the birth plan, I would take out all the stuff about low lighting and music. That stuff is up to you. You need to tell the staff things about the management of your labor that you are ok/not ok with - the medical stuff (AROM, Pit, Episiotomy). I think they will catch on and see what type of experience you are looking for pretty quick.
