Did you do Skin-to-Skin (or Kangaroo Care) after birth? (or are you planning to?)
Were you encouraged to do it by medical staff (or midwife or doula) or was it something YOU planned to do?
Did you have to work to make sure it was done (like make it a part of your birth plan)?
Did your partner/DH do it, or just you?
Did you do it right after birth? Later on?
If you did it after the immediate delivery - like days or weeks later - how long did you continue it?

I just want to know more about your experiences with it - or attitudes about it if you haven't given birth yet.

Thanks!

DS, 10/07. Allergies: peanut, egg, wheat. We've added dairy back in. And taken it back out again. It causes sandpaper skin with itchy patches and thrashing during sleep. Due w/ #2 late April, 2012.
