I was just wondering why there isn't a subforum for c-sections? I noticed there are threads but I was just wondering.

I've been told it is still being considered and discussed.

Sure you do......the Birth and Beyond forum was formed to entertain all types of "birth" related issues. And the feelings that occur after the birth!
Post away!

Yeah, I don't get answers in birth and beyond and the vbac board is too defensive about repeat c/b.

I usually post my questions on the c/b support thread but you can't search individual threads so the info gets lost...kwim? I jsut think it would be easier and beneficial for the seperate forum.

I'm not sure if you realize it or not but there have been a lot of c/b babies lately and not everyone is able to consider vbac so they kinda get lost in the shuffle. Kinda like working moms. They don't all have the option but have their own issues...kwim?

I want a VBAC but live on a pretty small island and they don't have the stuff to do VBAC's at the hospital here. You have to fly to another Island just to see a specialist for ANYTHING and who has the money for that (well not I) so I'm having another C-section and it's too bad that people are defensive about repeat c-sections on the VBAC forum cause not everyone has the same choices and should still be supported.

I hear you ladies!!!!
Since I'm one of the c/b moms I know the type of issues that are involved. Lots of baggage forme!

I know a subforum would be nice.....but until a decision is made please
feel free to post any c/b related thread here. You don't need to put it in
the existing c/b support thread. Start a new one and you will get more
views and responses! I know the issues can get buried in the lengthy threads.

Cesarean moms need to talk!

This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
