For those of you who had and blood testing done after a stillbirth, how long did it take for results? We were planning on ttc again next month but to ease some wonder we also made an appointment with a high risk doctor to review my files. (We believe our daughter passed due to a tight nuchal cord) My doctor just doesn't seem worried about future pregnancies and wasn't very empathetic or concerned so I wanted another opinion just to calm some nerves. Since our appointment with the high risk Dr. is still a few weeks off, I was curious if they do order testing how much longer it would be before we could try again. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

We had a second trimester loss (not technically a stillbirth) and my testing took about two weeks to get back for those that were sent out of hospital. The autopsy and baby's testing results took about three-four weeks.

Thanks! We did not have an autopsy. Most likely some upcoming blood tests and I wasn't sure how long those tests might take. Thank you!
