Hi there. I m/c at 10 wks.

I know they say no tampons but has anyone used a cup during the bleeding? I've been bleeding for 2.5 weeks straight and really want to go swimming ...this summer really sucks.

I think the reason they say no tampons is because the bleeding you're experiencing is from the miscarriage. Bleeding means that your uterus isn't completely healed, and introducing anything into the vagina will increase your chance of infection to your not-healed uterus. So the same would go for the Diva cup, unfortunately. My first miscarriage was in the middle of summer and I had to cancel the Mommy & Me swim lessons I had scheduled with my daughter. I was so, so sad about it. I'm sorry for your loss. hug2.gif
