Miscarriage started 8 days ago. All bleeding and spotting has stopped? Fingers crossed, but I still feel sore, and sensitive in that region. Is this normal? For how long?

I had a follow up u/s which shows normal uterus, left ovary with multiple follicles, and right ovary with a mass on it, either likely a dermoid cyst or hemorrhagic cyst. This started giving me pain about 3 days into the bleeding. I would say this right ovary pain has been physically worse than everything else. It throbs and aches thru to my back and into my groin.

Anybody have any experience with this? Seems like this is acting up started caused by the miscarriage? Hormone changes?

Thx

Guess I'm replying to my own thread! ..........

But, oh well. I may very well be going crazy, but I believe that my mind may be directly connected to my uterus.... Evidenced by my emotions affecting the way my uterus feels. This means something. For example, when I read another's miscarriage story it makes my uterus sore and crampy, like sympathetic cramping. When I was pg, and would watch births on video, I could feel my uterus getting active quick, like it was ready to go into action at a moments notice. How cool. My uterus responds to my brains thoughts and absolutely is a very strong organ.

Just thought I would share, if only for myself.

I am far too connected to my overly sensitive uterus.

Post partum sucks, and there's no baby to distract or help bring the uterus back to size suckling.

The uterus may have only been a fraction of the size of a full term birth but it still all works the same.

I am now 8 weeks past the d&C and 9 weeks past the misoprostol.

My uterus feels like bad weather.

I get odd twinges, cramps, soreness.

I am just far too aware of what's going on in there.

8 might be enough
