I'm worried cause I've had two miscarriages first one about 3 weeks and second at 4 and half weeks. Both of those I was super stressed and depressed and taking a lot of antidepressants so idk if that caused it. But I had bad back pain, cramping, stomach pains and heavy bleeding. Now Iam 5 weeks and 3 days having just lower back pain and tender boobs. Is the lower back pain normal I'm kinda freaking out.

Hey. I am sorry to hear about your two previous losses and congrats on your current pregnancy. I can certainly understand the questions and doubts that arise from having miscarriages but please remember their are many reasons why miscarriages happen and many of them are out of our control. In the past two years I have had 6 miscarriages all ranging between 6 to 7.5 weeks. All my tests have come back fine, so it's hard to not know why. I'm currently on anxiety medication and 200mg of progesterone. My doc said my medication should not interfere, as the positive affects it has on my hormones outweigh any clinical findings on it affecting the babies development. Every medication is different but usually it's not a factor in miscarriage. Just keep your hopes up, the baby needs your positivity. Back aches are fine as long as you suffer no bleeding. Spotting may occur as your cervix changes and the tissues get tender and that can cause back pain but nothing to worry about.

Best of luck from one mommy to another.
