I mean the left has often been referred to as "radical", hasn't it? I mean I am old enough to remember the word said on the news during 'Nam...referring to a particular group and way of thinking/acting, but today I wonder:

Is the Bush administration radical?

If "radical" refers to those who ignore or do not respect the or otherwise run roughshod over present rule of law in sociopolitical struggles, then yes, the actions of the Bush/Cheney administration would likely often qualify as "radical".

I'd say "yes". Here is a post I made last year where I called him a reactionary. http://www.mothering.com/discussions...ary#post582115 Based on that post, I still think he is a reactionary, but I would now call him a radical reactionary. He definately wants it all now.
