I have used it in the past and never had a problem with it causing repelling. What is going on, are your pockets repelling?

yeah my BG unpredictably leak. I suspect it might be a side sleeping issue but I haven't ruled out repelling.

If you take some dish soap and scrub the layer of micro suede with it and rinse it should take care of any repelling if that is the issue. Some people say Dawn dish soap is the best for this but I use whatever I have at the time with no issues. Then rinse in the machine till there are no suds and you should be set.

It doesn't cause repelling issues for us at all. We use the liquid calgon because we have very hard water and have no issues.

No, it should remove residue if you have hard water. More likely pockets and side-sleeping.

Calgon saved my pockets. We had hard water and they started to repel badly, one (maybe it was two) rinses with just Clagon fixed it.

Whne we used clagon the repelling got so bad that I'd literly see standing pee puddles in my LO diapers I could use my diapers as covers with Calagon we had very hard very minerlized water but something in Calagon made things worse. I couldn't use dawn eaither (still can't) because of the massive build up it causes.
