Has anyone used extra virgin coconut oil for a diaper rash? How effective is it and is it safe to use with pocket dipes?
I have used it for thrush, as it is a decent anti-fungal. A combo of coconut oil and olive oil (say 50/50) works really well on bad rash. I just air long enough so that it is fairly absorbed and then use a paper liner to protect the nappy.
